Required materials:
- Linear vector into which the desired DNA fragment need to be inserted.
- Forward and reverse primers with extra 15-20 bp ends, which overlap to each end of the linear vector.
- Template for insert amplification
- LB agar plate with correct antibiotics if not Ampicillin, Kanamycin, or Zeocin resistance. Yimmu provides free LB agar plates with Ampicillin, Kanamycin, or Zeocin resistance.
Deliverables:
- 1-5 μg plasmid DNA and sequence information sent back in 4-5 days.
