VAMNE Magnetic Universal Total RNA Kit series products paired with Vazyme #R411 or Vazyme #R711 can rapidly isolate and purify high-quality total RNA from cells and various tissue samples, achieving high-throughput processing of parallel samples. The kit uses unique embedded superparamagnetic silicon-based magnetic beads, in a distinctive buffer system, adsorbing nucleic acids through hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions. When low-salt buffer is used, the magnetic beads release the nucleic acids. The entire operation process is simple, fast, safe and efficient, with the obtained nucleic acids directly usable for downstream experiments such as reverse transcription, PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, next-generation sequencing, biochip analysis, etc.
