Item number: Q712-02

Sensitive and efficient qPCR mix, stably detect low expression gene

 Product Description

This product is a special premix for qPCR reaction using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. The core component, Taq Pro DNA Polymerase, is a new generation of hot-start polymerase modified by antibody method. It has many advantages such as strong specificity, high detection sensitivity and high amplification yield. With the combination of Buffer optimized for qPCR and specific enhancer, it is very suitable for qPCR reaction with high specificity and sensitivity. This kit contains Specific ROX Reference Dye, which is suitable for all qPCR instruments without adjusting the concentration of ROX on different instruments. This kit contains 2 × master mix that can be amplified by adding primers and template.

 Features

  • Stable detection of low expression systems: Novel antibody modified hot-start Taq Pro DNA Polymerase with strong amplification performance and high sensitivity; equipped with the specificity-enhancing factor, suitable for the detection of low-expression genes.

  • Universal ROX Passive Reference Dye: It is suitable for all qPCR instruments. The concentration of ROX does not need to be adjusted on different instruments.

  • High fluorescence intensity: The fluorescence intensity is greatly improved, and the graceful amplification curve can be easily obtained.

 Components

 Storage

Store at -30 ~ -15°C and protect from light. Transport at ≤0°C.

Master mix can be stored stably at 2 ~ 8°C for 6 months and protected from light after thawing.

 Performance

  • Ultra-High Plateau Value

With HeLa cDNA as template, six different genes were amplified under the same reaction conditions using Taq Pro universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix (Vazyme #Q712) and SYBR qPCR reagents of other suppliers. The results show that Vazyme #Q712 has high sensitivity, high amplification product yield and ultra-high plateau value compared with similar products in different amplification systems.

  • Great Balance Between Sensitivity And Specificity

Fig. A shows eight 10-fold gradient dilutions of pUC19 plasmid and Fig. B shows the standard curve obtained according to the CT values in Fig. A. The plasmid copy number concentration in the eighth gradient was about 6 copies/4 µl. pUC19 in each dilution gradient was assayed with Vazyme #Q712, and the template volume in each well was 4 µl. The results show that there is an excellent linear relationship for a wide range of template volume with Vazyme #Q712, and the template copy number can be determined as low as single digit with the high sensitivity.

In Fig. C, cDNA of HeLa cells was used as a template, six different genes were amplified under the same reaction conditions using Vazyme #Q712 and SYBR qPCR reagents of other suppliers. The results show that Vazyme #Q712 can detect more than 92% (22/24) target genes with a great specificity

  • All Platform Compatibility

Vazyme #Q712 was used to amplify EGFR gene on different qPCR instruments (Type: ABI Stepone, ABI QuantStudio 3, and Roche LightCycler 480) . The results show the wide applicability of Vazyme #Q712 for instruments and the concentration of ROX does not need to be adjusted on different instruments.
