Q631 — Designed for Seamless RT-qPCR, Powered by Pre-Assembled Stability.

 Product Description

AccurSTART II U+ One Step RT-qPCR Super Premix (Fast & One Tube) is a fully preassembled, probe-based master mix designed for one-tube, one-step RT-qPCR applications. It is optimized for rapid and sensitive quantification of RNA templates (e.g., RNA viruses) in both singleplex and multiplex assays.

This premix features an engineered hot-start enzyme system, combining a modified reverse transcriptase with a novel high-affinity anti-Taq antibody. This ensures precise enzyme activation, minimizing non-specific amplification and enhancing reaction fidelity. The mix also includes a temperature-activated reverse transcriptase and an upgraded chemical buffer system, allowing primers and probes to be preloaded. Once formulated into a working solution, the premix can be stored long-term at low temperatures and used directly without additional tube opening or pipetting steps.

Compatible with fast cycling protocols, Q631 significantly reduces total assay time. It also incorporates a dUTP/UDG contamination control system that functions effectively at room temperature, preventing carryover contamination and ensuring reliable results.

 Features

  • Fully Preassembled & Stable: Compatible with preloaded primers and probes. Maintains performance after 7 days at 37°C and over 1 year at 4°C under pressure — ideal for long-term storage and transport.

  • Ultra-Fast AmplificationReliable detection within 22 minutes using fast cycling protocols, without compromising sensitivity or specificity.

  • Direct Amplification CompatibilitySupports high-volume input (up to 50%) of crude nasopharyngeal swab lysates without additional purification — ideal for streamlined workflows.

 Performance

  • Fully Preassembled, One-Step Reaction

  • Confident Multiplexing Without Compromising Sensitivity or Workflow

Q631 is engineered for high-sensitivity multiplex detection. It enables accurate amplification of low-copy viral RNA across multiple targets in a single reaction. The formulation includes optimized enzymes and buffer systems that reduce inhibition and improve compatibility across both singleplex and multiplex assays. Validated across commonly used fluorescence channels such as FAM, VIC, and ROX, Q631 maintains strong signal intensity without the typical drop in performance often seen in multiplex reactions. Even when fully pre-mixed with primers and probes, it consistently delivers high-quality results. This ensures convenient deployment without compromising sensitivity or reliability.

Signal intensity comparison across three singleplex systems and a multiplex system. Our multiplex formulation (right) achieves consistent fluorescence across multiple channels with performance comparable to or better than individual singleplex setups.

  • High Sensitivity — Maintained in Fast Protocol

Amplification curve comparison between the fast protocol and standard RT-qPCR setup. The rapid protocol achieves comparable sensitivity with significantly shorter run time.

 Storage

Store at -30 ~ -15°C and transport at ≤ 0°C.
