PVDF Membrane (0.45 μm)-E801
0.45 µm pore size, Hydrophobic PVDF Transfer Membrane for western blotting.
Product Description
PVDF Membrane (0.45 μm) is a type of pore size 0.45 μm polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) blotting membrane. This membrane is hydrophobic and offers a uniformly controlled pore structure with a high binding capacity for biomolecules. PVDF membrane is mainly used for immunoblotting (e.g. western blot), which can transfer proteins from various gel matrices to membranes, with higher adsorption rates for proteins with molecular weight >20 kDa.
Features
-
High transfer efficiency: Strong protein adsorption capacity; the detection threshold for total protein reaches the nanogram level
-
Good peeling regeneration: No fear of membrane regeneration, clear bands
