EpiArt Magnetic DNA Methylation Bisulfite Kit is compatible with 100 pg - 2 μg of input DNA and the conversion efficiencyis ≥99.5%. This kit integrates DNA denaturation and bisulfite conversion into one step, shortening the conversion time within 100 min, and desulphonation and purification is performed with magnetic beads. The DNA converted by bisulfite can be used for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, endonuclease digestion, and NGS.
