Excellent Performance:

Analytical Performance
Dilution accuracy: to evaluate the consistency of the test results of samples gradiently diluted to different concentration. The coefficient variation (CV) between the recalculated concentration and the theoretical concentration after different multiples of dilution of 300 ng/ml dsRNA is less than 20%.

High specificity: we verified that the ssRNA, dsDNA, ssDNA, and the in vitro transcriptional enzymes used during mRNA preparation did not interfere with the detection system within the linear range of 0.046–1.5 ng/ml.

Inter-lot consistency: high, medium, and low-concentration samples were tested with 3 different lots, 10 times per lot, and the CV of lot-to-lot is <15%.
