T7 High-Capping RNA Polymerase (200 U/μl)-DD4122-PB
Achieve exceptional cap incorporation in mRNA synthesis
Product Description
T7 High-Capping RNA Polymerase is a recombinant T7-derived variant expressed in E. coli. This DNA-dependent 5′→3′RNA polymerase selectively recognizes T7 promoter sequences and transcribes RNA from ssDNA or dsDNA templates using NTPs. Engineered for enhanced co-transcriptional cap incorporation, it provides substantially higher mRNA capping efficiency than wild-type T7 RNAP—enabling reduced cap-analog input and improved downstream translation. Suited for IVT workflows that demand high cap fidelity, scalability, and cost-efficient mRNA production.
Features
-
Dramatically reduce the cost of capping by increasing the KdCap/KdNTP, either through

- Utilizing wild type T7 promoter (GG)
-
Comparable CQA to T7 WT
-
Tested and confirmed across various mRNA sequences
