T7 Low-dsRNA RNA Polymerase (200 U/μl)-DD4125-PB
A next-generation T7 RNA polymerase engineered to minimize dsRNA byproducts by up to 100×, enabling safer and more efficient mRNA therapeutics.
Product Description
T7 Low-dsRNA RNA Polymerase is a recombinant T7-derived variant expressed in E. coli. This DNA-dependent 5′→3′ RNA polymerase selectively recognizes T7 promoters and transcribes RNA from ssDNA or dsDNA templates using NTPs. Engineered to minimize dsRNA byproduct formation during in vitro transcription, it delivers markedly lower dsRNA levels compared with wild-type T7 RNAP, reducing innate immune activation risk and simplifying downstream purification. Ideal for IVT workflows targeting therapeutic mRNA, in-vivo applications, and scalable manufacturing.
